The Welsh Sports Association is also committed to the principles of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations of 2003 whereby permission will be sought before electronic marketing communications are sent out to individuals from the Welsh Sports Association – however if the individual has consented to receiving electronic communications from the Welsh Sports Association by giving us their e-mail address the Welsh Sports Association will from time to time send out relevant information to the recipient (e-newsletters, news, competitions etc.)
