Cricket Board of Wales

There are around 9,000 adult and 8,000 junior cricketers in Wales, with a small but growing number of females taking up the sport. Approximately 300 clubs are affiliated to the Cricket Board of Wales, 180 of which run youth teams. Despite its reputation for being a white, middle class sport, cricket in Wales attracts people from all backgrounds and there are clubs distributed quite evenly across the country.
