A major strategic objective for Welsh Netball is to provide opportunities for children and young people to participate, whatever their ability or background. Its development officers run netball festivals and camps to provide an introduction to the sport and to provide quality coaching. The camps also include outdoor educational activities to develop teamwork, confidence and general fitness.
