The WSA extranet, which can be accessed by all NGBs via the Members section of the WSA website, now has a direct link to documents on the ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) website, which provides advice and templates on recruiting and employing people. It includes: How to write application forms, Employee appraisal forms, Discipline and grievance forms, Recruitment and induction forms, Personnel data and record keeping forms, Job evaluation forms.
