Nominations sought for Parliamentarian of the Year

The Sport and Recreation Alliance is looking for the MPs and Members of the House of Lords who deserve to be recognised for their efforts to promote and protect the interests of sport and recreation in 2011, and is seeking nominations from individuals, clubs, national governing bodies and other interested organisations from across the sport and recreation sector.

• Do you know of a club that has benefited from the support of the local MP this year?
• Has your governing body received valuable support in Parliament?
• Have you been impressed by a Parliamentarian's commitment to a particular cause or campaign?

If so please download and complete the one-page nomination form available below, and return it to the Sport and Recreation Alliance by email, post or fax.
