New Vacancy: Skills for Life Programme Manager (Welsh Gymnastics)

Welsh Gymnastics is looking for an experienced and motivated person to join the Welsh Gymnastics Development Team and contribute to the work of developing and growing gymnastics in Wales.

The Skills for Life Programme Manager will take a leading role in the development of pre-school gymnastics and gymnastic opportunities for children under 11 in Wales. The role holder will

  • Develop working partnerships with stakeholders and key local partners to increase gymnastics participation in Wales
  • Lead, inform, develop implement, monitor and measure the area activity to ensure growth in line with corporate aims and objectives
  • Work with key partners to establish a measure for physical literacy
  • Lead on the A-Z gymnastics programme
  • Develop the workforce – leaders, coaches, officials and volunteers
  • Adopt comprehensive monitoring systems for all activities to ensure that Welsh Gymnastics’ strategic aims and objectives are achieved and outcomes measured
  • Ensure Welsh Gymnastics provide, encourage and lead with excellent customer service
