New Vacancy: Rugby Development Manager (Welsh Rugby Union)

The Welsh Rugby Union are seeking to appoint a Rugby Development Manager to manage the development of rugby within the Region in line with the targets set out in the WRU Strategic Plan 2009-2015.
The post holder will lead and manage a team of Development Officers ensuring that they are appropriately skilled and motivated and that effective KPI’s are established, monitored and appraised, and to manage assigned National Delivery programme.
