New Vacancy: Research and Intelligence Manager (Hockey Wales/Tennis Wales)

Hockey Wales and Tennis Wales have formed a partnership, supported by Sport Wales, to establish a brand new full time role.

The role will be made up of 3 days per week for Hockey Wales and 2 days per week for Tennis Wales and will be responsible for the following key areas of work

• To establish and lead the research and approach for Hockey Wales and Tennis Wales
• To lead the collection, collation and analysis of information to support strategic planning, operational planning and policies underpinning longer term visions for both sports
• Identify and/or develop a system to manage information for research and intelligence used within the sports sector (specifically Hockey and Tennis)
• To lead the development of a staff up-skilling and training programme to integrate research and intelligence work into organisational activity
• Provide effective financial management of relevant budgets
• Develop key relationships and improve communication with stakeholders
