International sport is about to descend on Great Britain with London 2012 fast approaching. Every one of these international sports stars started their sporting journey in grassroots, local opportunities.
Sport is full of amazing people who work tirelessly, going out of their way to make a difference and provide these opportunities.
The Community Sports Awards, organized by Sport Rhondda Cynon Taf, recognize and reward the army of individuals who make an exceptional and essential contribution in keeping our sports clubs and organizations active, enabling them to go from strength to strength.
There are many people who work behind the scenes, from sports coaches to private investors, from those who cut the grass to those who organize the fixtures. Rhondda Cynon Taff Community Sports awards exist to acknowledge the valuable contribution they all make to community sport.
