New Vacancy: Development Co-ordinator - Flintshire (Badminton Wales)

Badminton Wales in partnership with Flintshire Council are seeking to recruit a Badminton Development Co-ordinator on a casual/part-time basis.

This post offers a chance to operate at the cutting edge of development in Badminton within Flintshire. The role will be to work with Clubs, Schools, Badminton Leaders, Coaches and Development Centres ensuring an increase in numbers of players and opportunities from participation to performance.

Your challenge will be to recruit and train Badminton Leaders, provide coach development pathways, an inclusive competitive structure, ensure strong Club/School links and roll out the Badminton Wales Schools Programme in both Secondary and Primary sectors.

Applicants should have an understanding of sports development and a passion to work with a progressive National Governing Body and Local Authority.
