New vacancy: Chief Operating Officer (Welsh Rowing)

Welsh Rowing are seeking to appoint a part time Chief Operating Officer (COO) to build on the existing good work and continue to develop and implement our vision.

Based in Cardiff, the COO will be responsible for creating a high performance culture, focusing on leadership, people development and accountability.

In addition, the COO will be responsible for increasing income and capitalising on commercial opportunities whilst ensuring excellent customer service.

Applicants must be qualified to degree level or equivalent and have management experience within the sport and leisure industry.
