New Vacancy: Hockey Agent North West Wales Area (Hockey Wales)

Hockey Wales, Gwynedd and Anglesey Council’s are looking for a hockey agent to work as part of the new Hockey Framework.

Hockey Agents are the driving force to pro actively develop hockey on the ground, the sales team to champion hockey to retain existing members, engage new audiences, and act as a go between to support clubs.


The project which is jointly funded and managed by Hockey Wales, Gwynedd and Anglesey Council will develop links between schools and clubs in targeted areas of Gwynedd and Anglesey and will also support/mentor coaches within the area.

They are looking for a level 2* coach for approximately 22 hours per week for a 1 year fixed term contract. As a coach you must be dynamic, exciting and player centred. You will have experience of working with school and club aged players and be passionate about developing hockey. As a mentor for other coaches, you will understand the power of positive mentoring and be able to support others in reaching their potential.

As well as your level 2 qualification, you will ideally also be First Aid trained and have attended a relevant Safeguarding workshop.
