New Vacancy: Dance Coordinator (Celtic Community Leisure)

Celtic Community Leisure (CCL) was the first Industrial and Provident Society (IPS) established in Wales to manage Leisure facilities, and operates facilities on behalf of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the role of a Dance Coordinator with CCL. The role will develop a diverse range of Dance provisions for Neath Port Talbot, which is dynamic, unique and sustainable.


The post holder has an opportunity to bring a new and exciting element to a forward thinking development team. The role will integrate a Dance program across appropriate CCL facilities with the Gwyn Hall (Culture and Arts venue) in Neath acting as a central location.

The role will lead on the development of key responsibilities, which are sustainable and influential to the region. Partnership working will be critical in all forms, not just within CCL but with local groups/clubs/and importantly Schools.

This a great opportunity to develop a program which will reach many diverse communities across the region.

The ideal candidate will be fully committed and a passionate supporter of Dance provision, with an ambition to develop the Cultural elements of the company.
