New Vacancy: Rowing Academy Coach (Welsh Rowing)

Welsh Rowing are seeking to appoint a Rowing Academy Coach to help young Rowers in Wales fulfil their potential.

Based in Cardiff, and reporting to the National High Performance and Development Coach, the post holder will assist with the continuing development of Welsh Rowing’s performance pathway, including specific responsibility for talent search and identification systems.


The post holder will provide technical coaching of young rowers within the relevant Welsh and British Rowing Programmes and develop these rowers to high performance levels. They will also Support and develop rowers and adaptive rowers in Wales who meet the parameters of the high performance programmes and enable them to attend and make progress through the appropriate trials system. The RAC will also be expected to facilitate an agreed number of regional training days.
