Womens and Girls Officer

Women’s & Girls Officer (initially for a fixed term of 2 years)

Salary £20,000 pa
The role will require a flexible self motivated person with vision, drive and enthusiasm to support and enhance the development of Women’s and Girls cricket in Wales. The post holder will be required to hold a minimum Level 2 Coaching award with excellent communication and inter –personal skills and demonstrate a good knowledge of and have a proven track record of achievement within the women’s and girls game. In particular the post holder will be required to

 Identify, monitor and deliver the CBW’s Key Performance Indicators for Women's and Girls cricket

 Communicate with internal and external partners to enhance women’s and girls cricket

 Coordinate Women’s and Girls National squads and Regional cricket programmes

 Collate, monitor and update the Chance to Shine data from participating clubs
