Dragon Sail is a Welsh Yachting Association initiative to encourage the development of child safe youth sailing opportunities in Wales. It involves working with clubs to foster links with primary schools to encourage children who may not normally have the opportunity to sail, providing lessons at an affordable cost. Dragon Sail also provides guidance on support on recruiting and training parents and volunteers and establishing progressive programmes of events so that young people continue sailing.
