The Welsh Amateur Swimming Association run a programme called Junior Fit Swim Wales, which has been devised to address the health issues that are currently high on the agenda of the Welsh Assembly. This programme caters for swimmers who do not wish to join a swimming club but who want to train to keep themselves fit.
